CHW Screens Patient
Community health workers use the Sanitel mobile app offline-capable to register patients and collect biomarkers, symptoms, and demographics.
AI Scores Risk
Sanitel's ML models instantly generate NCD risk scores for up to 5 diseases, with explainable factor analysis that shows exactly why the score was assigned.
Clinician Reviews
Doctors and nurses receive AI-flagged high-risk patients. They review AI reasoning, conduct clinical assessment, and issue treatment or referral.
Dashboard Insight
Every screening feeds real-time dashboards at facility, district, and national level enabling MoH to track NCD prevalence and target resources.
